VINELAND — A city man was arrested after he allegedly tried to lure children and exposed himself while they were walking to school, police said.

Rogelio Vega, 33, was charged with two counts of luring and enticing a juvenile; three counts of endangering the welfare of a child; four counts of lewdness; five counts of criminal sexual contact; two counts of luring and enticing an adult; two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon; two counts of certain persons not to have weapons; manufacture, transport, disposition and defacement of weapons; and three counts of prohibited weapons and devices.

Vega is being held in the Cumberland County jail.
