TRUMP’S COMMENTS REPRESENT A DRAMATIC ABOUT-FACE AFTER HE AND HIS CAMPAIGN SPENT MUCH OF LAST YEAR DENOUNCING THE MASSIVE PROPOSED OVERHAUL OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THAT WAS DRAFTED BY MANY LONGTIME ALLIES AND CURRENT AND FORMER ADMINISTRATION OFFICIALS.
