Simone Vagnozzi has finally given reasons why Jannik Sinner lost to Carlos Alcaraz in the final of the US Open. The Italian star coach is currently with the 24-year-old at the Shanghai Masters, where Sinner is bidding to win the tournament for the second consecutive season, after becoming the youngest champion of the event last year.

Sinner will open his account against Daniel Altmaier in the second round of the Shanghai Masters on Saturday (October 4). The event is Sinner’s second appearance since losing the US Open final. He won the China Open title on Wednesday (October 1st) after beating Learner Tien in the final.
