TOLLESON, Ariz. (WJW) – Federal investigators are looking into a crash involving two Amazon Prime Air delivery drones.
According to the National Transportation Safety Board, two delivery drones crashed into a construction crane in Tolleson, Arizona, on Wednesday.
The two MK30 drones crashed into the boom of the crane, resulting in “substantial” damage and a fire.
No injuries were reported.
Amazone resumed drone delivery in the area on Friday.
Amazon launched “Prime Air” drone delivery in select cities in 2022.
