MADISON (WKOW) — The Madison Police Department said it confiscated 137 fake identification cards at a downtown bar on Thursday night.

Madison's Central District community policing team conducted a tavern inspection on the 600 block of State Street around 10:45 p.m.

In addition to the fake IDs being confiscated, eight people were cited for underage drinking.
