Two Judges Challenge Mandatory Retirement Under NY's New Equal Rights Law

Two city court judges in central and western New York, each of whom turned 70 this year, are challenging the state's mandatory requirement rules, which they argue must be overturned because of a new state constitutional provision expanding the definition of protected classes of people.
