Judge Grants Government's Motion to Stay in Federal Funding Battle With Harvard

The Trump administration requested that the stay be granted until Congress restores the funding. Federal judge for the District of Massachusetts Allison D. Burroughs granted the motion in part and extended the deadline to file a status report until Oct. 10.
