CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A woman from Henrico County has been charged following a crash that killed a pedestrian earlier this week.

The Charlottesville Police Department says 20-year-old Eleanor Cribbs has been charged with reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld device.
