Disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is set to learn his fate today, October 3, 2025, as he appears in a Manhattan federal courtroom for sentencing following his July conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

The founder of Bad Boy Records, Combs was found guilty of arranging drug-fuelled sexual encounters that involved hiring male escorts to cross state lines and engage in sexual acts with his girlfriends.

Prosecutors argued the encounters, often referred to as “ freak offs,” included violence and exploitation.

Combs has been in custody since his arrest and is expected to make a statement during the hearing before US District Judge Arun Subramanian.
