YOUNGSTOWN Attorneys with Betras Kopp Attorneys at Law have filed an amended injunction in Mahoning County Court asking a magistrate to allow Ursuline transfer students to play football in the 2025 season following a Trumbull County judge ruling in their favor.

The amended injunction, which was filed on Thursday, restates all arguments made in the original filing, but adds the fact that Trumbull County has ruled in favor of three students who transferred to Girard and asks that the same ruling be made in Mahoning County.
