Proposed insurance rules under criticism

A new rule being proposed by California’s insurance commissioner is drawing criticism from a local consumer group who allege it is vindictive and “Trumpian.” Jamie Court, president of Consumer Watchdog said the new rule would make it harder for people to get paid from their insurances.
