MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) - Court documents say that a Madison County woman has had her bond revoked over "non-compliance."

Megan Nicole Tillery was indicted by a federal grand jury on March 5 on ten counts of using a facility in interstate commerce in furtherance of unlawful activity.

However, according to court documents, Tillery must not "use, possess, or be around any unlawful controlled substances or the paraphernalia associated with the use of controlled substances." Since July, she had tested positive several times for different substances.

The U.S. Probation Officer recommended her bond be revoked and that a warrant be issued for Tillery's arrest.

Tillery is a former employee of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program is a federally-funded program to provide assistance
