Bandipora, Oct 3: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Indu Kanwal Chib, on Friday visited the Zalwan area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district to review the issues related to waste management issues in the area.

During the visit, the DC interacted with officers of the Municipal Council Bandipora, Tehsildar Bandipora, officials from the Social Forestry Department, Pollution Control Committee, and local residents.

The discussions focused on addressing community concerns and ensuring scientific and sustainable management of solid waste in the area. The DC assured the locals that their genuine issues would be addressed in a time-bound manner.
