Rep. Abe Hamadeh, R-Ariz., said he was one of three Republicans who was targeted in 2022 by former President Joe Biden under the “Quiet Skies” program that was shut down by the Trump administration. The program started in 2010 under the Transportation Security Administration in order to monitor travelers based on behaviors.
