A Philadelphia man was held over for court on robbery and related charges following a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Harry J. Karapalides.
Curtis Cerrone Y. Cannon, 23, is also charged with conspiracy, firearms not be carried without a license, receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, corruption of minors, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm prohibited for the Aug. 27 robbery in Upper Darby.
The judge heard from the victim, who identified Cannon in court as one of two people who had robbed him of a $30 watch and $30 or $35 backpack that night.
