LOGANSPORT, Ind. — A Cass County man has turned himself in to police after being charged with felony child molestation and sexual misconduct.

Scott Pense, 52, was booked Friday into the Cass County Jail after turning himself in to local authorities. This comes after a warrant was issued Thursday for three counts of felony child molesting (Level 1 Felony) and three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor (Level 4 Felony).

The local police chief confirmed to FOX59/CBS4 on Friday that Pense, a resident of Logansport, is now being held in the Cass County Jail. A bond amount has not been set as of 3 p.m. Friday.
