PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Two teenagers are in the hospital after a shooting in Phoenix Thursday night.

At 7:45p.m., officers responded to the area of 37th Street and La Salle Street regarding a shooting . When officers arrived, they found a teenage boy who had been shot.

He was transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries.

As officers were investigating the first shooting, they learned that another teenage boy was dropped off at a hospital with a gunshot wound.

Police say both victims are linked to an incident that occurred in the area of 31st Street and Atlanta Street.

It’s not clear what occurred at that incident at this time. Officers remain at the scene as the investigation continues.
