A woman accused of pushing an elderly woman off an MBTA bus has reached a deal Friday that includes GPS monitoring and no use of the T, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.

Luz Pineda admitted to sufficient facts in court on Friday, meaning she agrees there is enough information for a conviction but did not admit her guilt. She will meet conditions determined by a judge.

Prosecutors say Luz Pineda, 32, got into an argument with the victim because the woman was blocking the exit of the bus while Pineda was trying to get off with her 3-month-old daughter.
