EAST MOLINE, Ill. (KWQC) - A burn ban has been issued for the city of East Moline by the East Moline Fire Department.

The city said the ban is due to an elevated fire risk because of the forecast of dry and windy conditions.

The department said they will continue to monitor conditions and lift the ban when the elevated fire danger risk has passed.
