The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office say they found and arrested two fugitives found hiding in a boat at the Harbor Lights Marina in Soddy Daisy.

Deputies responded to the scene in an attempt to locate Jessica Shaw and Justin Brakefield, who have outstanding warrants.

After initially refusing to follow orders, deputies secured a perimeter around them until they surrendered.

Deputies found multiple illegal substances, including 12 grams of fentanyl, 10 grams of methamphetamine, and 9 grams of THC.

HCSO arrested Shaw and will extradite her to Cherokee County, Alabama for an outstanding warrant. Officials did not say what the charge was.

Brakefield had multiple outstanding warrants in various jurisdictions, including failure to appear, auto theft, and felony theft of property.
