OAKLAND — A Sacramento County man has agreed to be sentenced to eight years in prison, most of which he has already served, for trafficking a 13-year-old girl he encountered in Los Angeles, court records show.
Dae’Jon Burrise, 28, of Antelope, pleaded no contest to human trafficking of a minor. As part of his plea deal with Alameda County prosecutors, Burrise is scheduled to be released at his Jan. 27 sentencing date, court records show.
Burrise must also register as a sex offender for life and has been given a 10-year stay away order from his victim, court records show. His co-defendant, 24-year-old Dynasty James, pleaded no contest to accessory and was sentenced to felony probation.
