The parent company of Dollywood has closed two of their other amusement parks in Georgia.

WSB-TV reports that Malibu Norcross , an arcade and go-kart amusement center in Gwinnet County, and Mountasia family entertainment center in Cobb County , both in Georgia, have recently been shut down.

Malibu Norcross and Mountasia were among the assets acquired by Hershend Family Entertainment Corporation when they bought the Palace Entertainment’s 24 parks and attractions in the United States in May of this year.

Pennsylvania amusement parks Dutch Wonderland and Kennywood are among the parks formerly operated by Palace Entertainment, now owned by Herschend.

Herschend jointly owns Dollywood, along with singer Dolly Parton through her Dolly Parton Productions entertainment company.
