BURLINGTON BOROUGH, Pa. (WETM) — A Burlington man was sentenced to more time in state prison following a prior sentencing on similar drug-related charges from an arrest in April, according to information from the Bradford County District Attorney's Office.
Marc D. Petrucci, 39, of was sentenced to an additional 20 months in a Pennsylvania State Prison, to a maximum of 7 years for the offense of driving under the influence of math.
Petrucci's sentencing stems from an arrest in April 2025 following a traffic stop on Route 6 in Burlington Borough, Bradford County.
During the stop, Petrucci told troopers that he admitted to using suboxone, but blood tests later revealed he had meth in his system, not suboxone.
