Three arrests were made Thursday after an alleged armed robbery and kidnapping took a victim from Spokane to Seattle while being held at gunpoint.
At approximately 1:27 a.m., Seattle Police Department (SPD) officers were dispatched to a reported armed robbery near 6th Avenue S. and S. Main Street in the Chinatown-International District, SPD announced .
A 39-year-old victim was located and told officers that two men and a woman had offered him a ride from Spokane to the Seattle area, but assaulted and robbed him.
The victim claimed he gave the suspects $65 for gas and expected to be driven to Redmond. The suspects took the victim straight to Seattle instead.
