FANCY FARM, Ky. (WSIL) -- A Graves County Grand Jury indicted Blake Thomas on felony charges in connection to an ATV incident over Labor Day weekend.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office said Thomas, 27 of Fancy Farm, was indicted on second-degree assault and leaving the scene of an accident without rendering aid.

Authorities reported one man sustained serious injuries and required a life flight from the scene.

Thomas turned himself in and was arrested by the Graves County Sheriff's Office on Friday, October 3.

The Kentucky State Police and the Graves County Sheriff's Office investigated the incident.
