A judge has sentenced Sean "Diddy" Combs to 50 months in prison after he was convicted of prostitution charges.

On Friday, October 3, Judge Arun Subramanian ruled that the Bad Boy Records founder will spend another four years and two months behind bars. The judge ruled that the prosecution's request of 11 years was "not reasonable," yet the defense's demand of 14 months was "not sufficient."

"Here, the data shows a wide variety of sentences," Judge Subramanian told the court. "Weighing all the relevant factors, the Court determines that the sentences is 50 months of incarceration
