David Gray learned from his dad Peter that Edinburgh derby bragging rights are Monday morning gold dust. ‌

The Hibs boss knows better than anyone the consequences of failure against their rivals having been born and bred in the city. ‌

As the first collision of the season arrives on Saturday evening, Gray insists he’s been steeped in this fixture since a kid and the high stakes at play have been drummed into him by his old man. ‌
