DALLAS — On day three of the government shutdown, three members of Congress joined Inside Texas Politics and Y’all-itics to discuss the shutdown’s impact on constituents, who they think is to blame, and when they see the government re-opening.

“It doesn’t matter what we do in the House, which we already passed; we did our jobs. The Senate, for a spending bill, which is what a CR is, and the appropriations bills require 60 votes.
