Harry - also known as Nitro from Gladiators - delivered a stunning routine on the BBC dancing programme last weekend, showcasing his physique as he and professional partner Karen Hauer performed a Cha Cha to Push It by Salt-N-Pepa. The Gogglebox sofa critics caught a glimpse of the performance during Friday's (October 3) episode of the Channel 4 show.

It appears that witnessing Harry executing press-ups whilst Karen balanced on his back proved rather overwhelming for Shirley, reports the Mirror .
