A judge set bail at $500,000 for a Portland man accused in a July drive-by shooting that wounded a man in the leg at his Vancouver home.

Antonio L. Harvey, 40, appeared Friday in Clark County Superior Court on allegations of drive-by shooting, first-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

Harvey is scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 8.

At 9:16 p.m. July 19, several people reported hearing a gunshot near General Anderson Avenue and Wintler Drive. Vancouver officers responding to the scene found Lyle Lipskey suffering from a gunshot wound to the lower portion of his left leg, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
