Dear reader,
We have been so fortunate this autumn season to have some really spectacular weather days in Central New York. Since my kids’ fall sports seasons started several weeks ago, I’ve only needed an umbrella once and never anything more than a light jacket so far. There’s so much to explore in Upstate New York this time of year, and it’s much more fun to do it while the weather is good. I asked Samantha House and Sunny Hernandez, who write about travel and tourism for syracuse.com sister site NewYorkUpstate.com , to share with readers their top suggestions for things to do and places to visit this fall. After reading this, if you have any tips for Sam and Sunny, you can reach them at: shouse@syracuse.com and ahernandez@syracuse.com
