GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - It’s not just the players who are pouring into Gainesville ahead of Saturday’s highly anticipated Texas vs. Florida matchup — hundreds of private planes are also heading this way.

Crews at University Air Center say this will be one of their biggest weekends of the year. About 70 private jets are expected to land Friday night alone, and by Saturday, they’ll be handling close to 200.

General Manager Karen Collins says it’s “all hands on deck” — with dozens of extra crew members working the ramp, refueling planes, and assisting passengers.
