A federal judge has sentenced hip-hop media mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs to 50 months — just over 4 years — in prison on prostitution-related charges.

Combs was convicted in July on federal prostitution charges, but was acquitted on more serious charges, including racketeering, conspiracy and sex trafficking.

Attorney Eric Richman joined "The Rush Hour" on Friday to provide legal analysis on the case.
