Two shot near I-10, LCSO closes exit and launches manhunt Friday evening

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Two people have been shot either on or near Interstate 10 eastbound around exit 203 on Friday at about 5:45 p.m., according to a Leon County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson.

The suspect remains at large, and the condition of the victims is unclear, per LCSO.

The incident closed down all lanes on the roadway near the Thomasville exit, snarling traffic as emergency responders descended upon the scene.

It is unclear when the roadway will reopen.
