HERRIN — At 11:39 p.m. Sept. 30, Williamson County Sheriff’s Office deputies observed a vehicle commit multiple traffic violations at the intersection of Poplar and 13th streets.

A traffic stop was conducted, and the driver was identified as Crystal D. Wagner and the passenger as Carrie A. Palmer.
