SALEM, Ore. - The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is urgently seeking public assistance to locate Kylie Rubio, a 15-year-old in foster care who went missing from Eugene on Oct. 1.

According to ODHS, Kylie is believed to be in danger and may be in the Canby area or between Eugene and Portland. Kylie is described as 5 feet tall, weighing 176 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She often wears baggy clothes. ODHS urges anyone who may have seen Kylie to contact 911 or local law enforcement immediately.

The Eugene Police Department is handling the case under number 25-250988.

ODHS emphasizes the importance of media alerts in situations where a child may be in significant danger and requires immediate location for safety assessments.
