The Boston Red Sox had a great season , but unfortunately it did not end on a high note.

The Red Sox’s season ended in disappointment on Thursday with their 4-0 loss to the New York Yankees in Game 3 of the AL Wild Card Series. Boston lost back-to-back games after winning Game 1, becoming the first team in MLB history to do so under the current Wild Card format.

While the Red Sox’s campaign didn’t have the ending their fans and players were hoping for, the future is still bright for Boston . With all of their young talent, the Red Sox are poised to contend for years to come.
