Storm players looked calm and composed as they stood opposite the Broncos at Circular Quay on Thursday afternoon, but it was a completely different story at the grand final breakfast 19 years ago when a group of future superstars were completely overawed as they tried to navigate their way through a unique week before the biggest game of their lives.

It’s remarkable to think that the 2006 Grand Final was the last time the Broncos won a premiership and that Storm coach Craig Bellamy would be preparing to lead his 11th decider 19 years later.
