MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A criminal complaint reveals gruesome details about the unprovoked, deadly attack near Camp Randall Stadium two weeks ago.

The six page document obtained by WMTV says officers watched security footage which allegedly shows Keith Jones wore a hockey mask over his face when he approached Mark Tiggelaar, a former BEST Security employee.

Jones then allegedly swung a hammer at his head. In a brief altercation, Tiggelaar knocked the hammer out of Jones’ hand. According to the complaint, Jones then punched Tiggelaar in the head, causing him to fall to the ground. He then allegedly stomped on Tiggelaar’s head seven times while Tiggelaar was unconscious.

When officers found Tiggelaar, he was not responsive and occasionally taking "snorty, gasping breaths." Officers said
