Ambulance technician filmed 'swiping bottle of aftershave' from vulnerable OAP's home

A Scottish ambulance worker has been charged after he pocketed a bottle of aftershave from a vulnerable pensioner's home during a call-out.

The shocking footage was captured on a Ring camera after emergency services were called out to the home of 85-year-old John Field on April 14.

The pensioner, who has Alzheimer's and terminal cancer, suffered a medical episode and needed to be taken to hospital.

His daughter Miranda had installed a camera at the property in Argyll and Bute to keep a watchful eye on her dad after he began suffering falls.

She told the Record she was devastated when she watched the incident unfold on the camera.
