A showdown between teams that were unbeaten in the Century Conference turned into an unexpected one-sided contest Friday night at Washington.

The WPIAL Class 2A No. 5 Prexies (6-1, 4-0) handed visiting Keystone Oaks (3-4, 3-1) its first league defeat 55-0.

Tristan Reed led Washington with three touchdown runs. JaQuay Heyman returned an interception 76 yards for a touchdown, and MahKai Wise scored on a 5-yard return of a fumble recovery.

Reed also completed 6 of 9 passes for 142 yards and one touchdown, covering 22 yards to Caleb Patton.

Washington led in total yards 294-56 and first downs 20-8. The Prexies led 41-0 at halftime.
