PROVO, Utah – BYU gadget receiver Parker Kingston has been the focal point of the Cougar offense early, scoring two first-quarter touchdowns for a 14-0 lead over West Virginia.

The former Roy Royal opened the scoring with the first rushing touchdown of his BYU career to put the finishing touches on a possession that started when Therrian Alexander returned an interception 49 yards to the Mountaineer’s three-yard line.

Kingston caught a screen pass on the next possession, read a block, and sprinted 54 yards untouched for the TD with 3:41 left.
