East Kilbride boss Mick Kennedy has labelled Saturday’s derby at Clyde as a ‘must-win’ game as he bids to arrest a form slide in League 2. ‌

Kennedy’s side are still second in the table, but four points behind leaders Spartans, and haven’t won in their last five games in all competitions. ‌

Kilby beat Forfar 5-0 on August 20, and since then they’ve lost 4-2 to Hamilton Accies in the KDM Evolution Trophy, drawn with Edinburgh City and Dumbarton, lost to Stenhousemuir in the KDM Evolution Trophy and 3-1 at Annan on Saturday. ‌

Clyde meanwhile have arrested an alarming nine-game winless run with five victories on the bounce in all competitions, leaving them third, two points behind East Kilbride.
