Police rescued a mentally unstable woman abducted from Bhadrak highway and arrested the truck driver involved.

Late Monday night, a truck driver allegedly abducted a mentally unstable woman from NH-16 near Charampa in Bhadrak district.

The incident occurred on Vijaya Dashami eve. A video showing the abduction went viral. Locals raised concerns about safety for vulnerable individuals.
