CAMP HILL – Friday night’s Mid-Penn Commonwealth matchup between State College and Cedar Cliff had the makings of a heavyweight tilt as both teams exchanged punches through the first three quarters.
Cedar Cliff fought back after State College scored 20 unanswered and took a 21-20 lead with 7:26 left in the third quarter, but explosive plays, penalties and two costly turnovers doomed the Colts.
