With its heated walkways, dog-friendly policies and bevy of attractive stores, the Mall at Partridge Creek is doing what people don’t expect malls to do in the 21st century: survive.
The Macomb County property is actually thriving in 2025, partly because of its commitment to attracting local names. This is especially true when it comes to food and beverage tenants, mall management says.
“We have talked to and listened to the shoppers and the people that frequent our property to see what they want and what they’re looking for,” said Carmen Spinoso, chair and CEO of Spinoso Group, which leases and manages Partridge Creek.
The group took over in 2021. Since then, he said they have seen an increase in traffic each year since taking over coming out of the
