Baby Girl’s Journey From Longest Shelter Resident to Forever Family

Animal shelters work tirelessly to help every dog in their care find a loving forever home. When Orange County Animal Services (OCAS) in Orlando, Florida, organized such an event, they knew exactly who deserved to be in the spotlight.
