When the Browns hired HC Kevin Stefanski, many learned about his father, Ed Stefanski, and his pro sports experience.

The elder Stefanski, like his son, attended Penn but played basketball instead of football. In the mid-70s, Stefanski played in 80 games in three seasons and played well enough (despite just 2.4 points per game) to be drafted in the 10th round by the Detroit Pistons.
