Assault: Sheldon Road

A supervisor at Sheldon House, 20984 Sheldon, called police at about 3 p.m. Sept. 22 and said one of her caregivers, 40, might have attacked a disabled resident in the group home.

The resident told police that the caregiver became angry when she refused to take her medication. She said the caregiver hit her on the head and face.

Police didn’t see any signs of violence on the resident’s head or face. There was no video of the incident.

Police summoned the caregiver to the police station. The caregiver said she had gone to the resident’s living space to administer her medication but the resident refused to take it. She said the resident yelled at her.
