Srinagar, Oct 04: The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) on Saturday informed that power supply will remain affected in forthcoming days in phased manner in Kashmir parts, citing replacement of transformers and other repair works as reason.

According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, in order to carry out the replacement of 132 KV CB of 80 MVA Transformer at Grid Station Amargarh, shutdown of 33KV Arampora Feeder shall be observed due to which Arampora, Pazipora, Sher Colony Bugoo Receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Arampora, Pazipora, Sher Colony, Bugoo and adjoining areas will be affected from 08:30 AM to 03:00 PM on 6th October, 2025.
